Our dyes are ONLY designed to dye plant based materials such as Cotton, Linen, Rayon, Hemp, etc. They also work well on silk. They are not designed to dye wool or nylon and do not work at all on polyester. They also require a 'fixer' (soda ash) to set the dye.We're happy to answer any of your questions. These quotes are pulled live directly from UPS and USPS. Our products have a wide range of weight, size and pack-ability. Because of these variations, sometimes our shipping program isn't capable of determining the best way to ship your order. This may cause the shipping quote inside your shopping cart to be higher than we can achieve as humans packing your order. On every order, we search for the fastest, best and most inexpensive way to ship. To ensure the shipping charge is accurate, we only capture payment after your order is packaged, and we always charge the actual cost of shipping.If you have questions or concerns about the shipping cost quoted in your cart, we will be happy to give you a more accurate shipping quote over the phone or via email.
