When you place an order on our website, your order status will be "Awaiting Payment" or "Awaiting Fulfillment". This is totally normal - sometimes our shipping calculator quotes a little bit high, and we only charge the actual cost of shipping, so we wait to capture funds until your order is packed and ready to be shipped out with the correct shipping cost.
Due to overwhelming order volume, we are a bit behind and some orders may not ship for 2-3 business days, but we are working overtime to keep up the best we can.
We use UPS and USPS for shipping and compare the cost of each service before charging and shipping your order. UPS and USPS have both suspended their delivery date guarantee. While most packages are being delivered quickly and without issue, some packages are being delayed in the shipping system and the best thing you can do to avoid disappointment and anger is to order early and leave room in your expectations for some delays. If your order is very time sensitive, please contact us at (303)763-9730 and we will do what we can and find the best way to get it to you as fast as possible.
Our 'In Store' Lobby remains closed. We are filling curbside orders in the order we get them, and will likely not be able to quickly help walk up customers. Please allow 24-48 hours for local order pick up. Often your order will be available quicker, but please wait for us to either e-mail or call you before coming to pick up your order. Unless pre-arranged, please avoid picking up will call orders on Mondays. We don't want to put these restrictions in place, but the best way we can get out orders as effeciently as possible is to fill them in the order we recieve them.
There are 2 ways to place a curbside pick up order; place your order online and select "Curbside Pickup" at shipping. You can also place your order over the phone. Our phone number is 303-763-9730, so you can call and let us know when you get here. Our Curbside Pickup Hours are from 10AM to 5PM.
We have record levels of dyes & chemicals in stock. We are getting fresh shipments of dye regularly, and all of our sizes and colors are available and in stock. We are experiencing some supply chain interruptions, mostly with jars and other containers. There is a shortage of some of the normal jars we use to package dye, and we have had to find alternatives. Dye is sold by weight, so even though the packaging may be a little different, it is the same amount of dye as always.
Synthrapol SP Detergent has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
Worldwide manufacturing of plastics is currently overwhelmed. As the Pandemic continues, availability and price may fluctuate on things such as plastic squeeze bottles, gloves, pipettes etc. We hope to return to our previous inventory and low prices when we can.
We are nearly out of our normal Jumbo Pipettes, however we hope to have an alternative option in stock soon.
Due to freight delays, Urea is in very limited stock until Early August. We are expecting to have full stock again by August 10th. Until then, and until we run out, there is a strict limit of 2lbs.
